Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ReportPilot (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms for yourself or your organization. Keep your password safe. You’re responsible for activity in your workspaces.

Your data

You own the files you upload and the reports you create. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service — including sending text to our AI provider to write your reports. Only upload data you have the right to use. Don’t upload data subject to special rules (such as health records covered by HIPAA or payment card numbers) unless we have signed an agreement with you for it.

AI-written content

Numbers are computed from your data, and AI-written text is checked against them, but reports can still contain mistakes or misleading wording. Review reports before relying on them for important decisions.

Plans and billing

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until canceled. You can cancel anytime from Billing; your plan continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no illegal content, no attempts to break security or limits, no reselling without permission, and no use that harms others.

Availability

We work to keep the service available but don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is”, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time. We delete your data as described in our data handling page.
