What we collect

• Account: your name, email, hashed password (or Google account ID) and workspace settings.
• Your files and reports: the spreadsheets you upload or email in, and the reports created from them.
• Billing: your plan and payment history. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see them.
• Usage: basic logs (IP address, actions in your workspace) for security and the activity log.

How we use it

Only to run the service: to analyze your data, write and deliver your reports, process payments, prevent abuse, and support you. We don’t sell personal information or use it for advertising.

AI processing

To write summaries, group comments into themes and answer questions, we send the computed facts and a sample of comment text to our AI provider (Anthropic). It processes this data on our behalf and doesn’t use it to train models. Your data is never used to train AI models.

• Postmark (sending and receiving email)
• Stripe (payments)
• Google (only if you sign in with Google)

Retention and deletion

Uploaded files are deleted automatically after the retention period your workspace owner chooses (7–365 days, or kept until deleted). You can delete files, reports, workspaces or your whole account at any time; deletion is immediate except for backups, which expire within 30 days.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Email hello@getreportpilot.com. Residents of California, the EU and the UK have these rights by law and we honor them for everyone.
