ReportPilot finds the header row even with titles above it, skips blank rows and “Total” rows, reads dates in many formats, understands $1,234.50, (45) and 12%, merges spelling variants like “north” and “North ”, and removes duplicate rows. You can rename columns, change types and exclude columns, and those fixes are remembered for next time.

Every number is computed in code from your data. The AI only writes sentences around those facts, and before you see the report, every number in its text is checked against the computed facts. Any sentence with a number that doesn’t match is removed. The report shows how many figures were verified.

No. Your files and reports are never used to train AI models — ours or anyone else’s. Text sent to our AI provider is used only to write your report.

You choose: 7, 30, 90 or 365 days, or until you delete them. Uploaded files are encrypted and deleted automatically when the period ends. You can delete any file or your whole account instantly.

Turn on automation for a report and choose daily, weekly, monthly or “when new data arrives”. Upload next period’s file (or email it to the report’s address) and the report rebuilds with the same cleanup and layout, compares with last time, and emails your recipient list.

Yes. Edit any text, reorder sections by dragging, hide or add charts, add notes, and change the tone. Every build and saved edit is kept as a version you can restore.
